The Amazing Spiderman #298 Chance Encounter.  March 1988.  Written by David Michelinie.  Penciled by Todd McFarlane.

Chance has been hired to eliminate Orin Concardi.   Chance tracks him to Yonkers where authorities are about to escort him to the court.  Chance incapacitates the agents and ends up killing Concardi.  

First Spider-Man comic with artwork from Todd McFarlane and features the first-ever initial cameo from Venom.  The “full” appearance is Amazing Spider-Man #300.  Used.
