Captain America #337 is a comic book published by Marvel Comics in 1988. The issue was written by Mark Gruenwald and illustrated by Tom Morgan and Dave Hunt. The story follows the team of Steve’s former partners Nomad, Falcon, and D-Man as they search for Steve Rogers in Washington state. Once they find him, they convince him to become a superhero again, but it’s not the Captain America costume! The issue also features the first appearance of The Captain (aka Steve Rogers) and the Serpent Society (Black Racer, Copperhead, Fer-de-Lance, Puff Adder).

The comic book is part of the “Captain America” series, which features the adventures of Steve Rogers, a World War II veteran who becomes the superhero Captain America after being injected with a serum that enhances his physical abilities.
