Batman Legends of the Dark Knight #15 is a comic book published by DC Comics in February 1991. The issue is titled “Prey, Conclusion: The Kill” and is written by Doug Moench, with Paul Gulacy as the penciler, Terry Austin as the inker, and Steve Oliff as the colorist.

In this issue, Batman is on the hunt for Max Cort, who is preparing to resume his activities as the Night Scourge. The two fight, and are evenly matched until Catwoman appears and disarms Cort of his swords, to return the debt she owes Batman for previously intervening to prevent Cort from killing her. Batman overpowers Cort, who flees to police headquarters; Batman pursues him in a specialized bat-themed car that he built during his recuperation in the Batcave. On arriving at headquarters, Cort is confronted by his fellow officers, who realize that he is the Night-Scourge; Batman and Gordon reveal Cort’s role in Strange’s plan. Cort draws a gun and tries to shoot Batman, but is killed by his fellow officers. In gratitude to Batman and Gordon, the Mayor orders the disbanding of the anti-vigilante task force; while Batman is still not officially condoned, he nevertheless is trusted more by the authorities and people of Gotham.  Used.
