The base of African Autumn, our popular herbal blend, is rooibos, a legume also known as red bush that is native to South Africa. Rooibos is oxidized, which changes the color to red, and when brewed, it looks similar to the red of black tea. Loaded with antioxidants, fans love the brightness of the rooibos that is accented by cranberry and citrus. This is a herbal blend and contains no caffeine.
