This is a peplum sweater top in a solid color with a round neckline and puff sleeves. It is a stretch fabric that is not very sheer.  It can be hand washed with cold water and only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Dry it flat and cool iron if needed. The model is 5' 9" and wearing size small. It was made in China and out of 52% rayon, 26% nylon and 22% polyester.
