Peach Paradise Herbal Tea Sorbet

Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons Peach Paradise herbal tea blend
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Brew the Tea:
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the Peach Paradise herbal tea blend and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea leaves and let the tea cool to room temperature.

2. Prepare the Sorbet Base:
- In a blender, combine the brewed tea, sugar, peach slices, lemon juice, and honey.
- Blend until smooth.

3. Chill the Mixture:
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.

4. Freeze the Sorbet:
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 - 45 minutes until it reaches a sorbet-like consistency (this may take 3-4 hours).

5. Serve:
- Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
