If you're like us, you're sick to death of everything fall related being pumpkin spice. That's why when we set out to capture the flavors of fall, we deliberately avoided going that route. Instead, we thought of all the things we love about the fall and what that might taste like. We ended up with a rooibos and cascara tea blended with warm spices that is both complex and homey. It reminds us of crisp air, colorful leaves, and sitting by a fire with friends all bundled in blankets. In short, it tastes like autumn in Maine. 

     Flavor Profile:

• Palate: Vanilla, honey and warm spices.
  
• Finish: Sweet cinnamon, and a hint of apple.
  

     With its history and health benefits, not to mention the fact that each serving can be steeped twice, we couldn't resist making a line of teas with it. Each tea has every ingredient carefully weighed, ground, and mixed by hand to ensure the best possible flavor.
