X-Factor #23 is a comic book published by Marvel Comics in December 1987. The issue is part of the “Fall of the Mutants” storyline and features the first appearance of Archangel, who appears in a 2-page cameo. The story is written by Louise Simonson and illustrated by Walter Simonson and Bob Wiacek. The plot revolves around X-Factor’s fight against Cameron Hodge and the mutant-hating Right, with the kids being taken hostage.
