Issue #242 of Uncanny X-Men was published in December 1988. The story is titled “The Gift” and is written by Chris Claremont. The issue features the X-Men, including Cyclops, Jean Grey, Archangel, Beast, and Iceman, who are back together again. They are defending the Goblyn Queen, who is disguised as Madelyne Pryor, from X-Factor. The two teams must discover the queen’s ruse in time to stop her. The issue is part of the Inferno event crossover.  Used.
