Batman’s Struggle: Batman tries to infiltrate the Wayne Building as his alter ego but fails.
Green Arrow steps in, posing as millionaire Jacob Archer.  Jason wreaks havoc using equipment from Dr. Morgan’s lab and The Metal Men fail stopping him.  Batman rescues Ruby.  Jason sacrifices himself to save Ruby.
Revelation: Dr. Morgan’s insanity renders his will invalid, restoring Bruce Wayne’s ownership of the building.  Used.
