Spider-Man ends up getting gassed with poison but doesn’t seem to be affected as much.   Doctor Octopus reveals the secret he has been keeping and explains that he is not using poison, but the satellite is loaded with chemicals that will make cocaine addicts to convulse.   He explains that addicts will pay a fortune to continue their addictions by using a special drug Dr Octopus will sell to them for his own gain.  Being double-crossed, the Sinister Six attack Doctor Octopus.  Spider-Man traces him and a needed weapon that restores Sandman back to normal.
