Spider-Man shows up at a gambling operation frequented by the Hobgoblin.   He battles thugs and has an equipment malfunction.  Hobgoblin reports back to Rose (the mob boss).

Hobgoblin ambushes Harry at his office and the mob bosses men kidnap Liz Osborn and Mary Jane.  Used.
