Hailing from the isolated western region of Huehuetenango, this coffee was grown by the members of Association of Special Coffee Producers of Huehuetenango (ASOPCE).

This coffee stood out for its flavor profile of chocolate caramel and citrus. A testament to both the hard work of the co-op members is a well-textured, well-rounded, and all-around delicious medium light roast that we can drink all day. It shines in filtered drip and AeroPress. We are pleasantly surprised by this coffee and know you will be too. It's not your average Guatemala.
