Flash #75 Vol 2 1993  Barry Allen is Back.  The Flash (Volume 2) #75 Wally West, teams up with the original Flash Jay Garrick to thwart the high-tech soldiers of the Combine. Their mission is to prevent the robbery of a train carrying funds from the Federal Reserve Bank.  Chaos ensues, and the train hurtles out of control and endangers Keystone City. With the timely intervention of Barry Allen, they manage to halt the train. Wally grapples with jealousy over Barry’s public acclaim, leading his girlfriend, Linda Park, to suggest a new superhero identity for him.  Used.
